The website ppplietuva.lt is the main source of information about the public welfare projects implemented in Lithuania and the possibilities of financing public investments.

The main purpose of the website is to provide information on the ways, methods, best practices and results of public sector project financing.

The goals are as follows:

Publish information about the partnership of the public and private sectors enabling the target groups to receive concentrated, clear and convenient information in Lithuanian and English about the development of public–private partnerships and development opportunities in Lithuania and abroad.

Create a positive image of PPPs and ensure mutual communication between stakeholders and centres of excellence with the target groups concerned. Find all information about training, organise online training/webinars.

Display information on PPP projects in an attractive and informative way: mapping of projects, the status of projects and statistical data.

Publish information on public sector investments.

Present information on various possible sources of financing for the public entity to the public in one place and informatively, with the possibility of filtering the sources of financing relevant to the public entity and receiving detailed expert information on the source of financing.

The following services have been provided in the course of the project: Analysis of customer requirements and user needs has been performed, discussions in groups have been organised, alternative design concepts have been created, website information architecture has been developed, project functional and technical documentation has been developed, a website user interface has been designed and graphic design has been developed, an adaptive user interface and website have been programmed, SystemSight CMS has been installed, its components and functions have been programmed, testing has been carried out, the website has been installed in the customer’s technical infrastructure, optimisation for search systems has been performed, training material has been prepared, training for the staff of the institution has been arranged. Development, maintenance and aftersales services have been provided.
