Tools and infrastructure for information management in cyberspace

The system allows education representatives to form institutional and methodological tools for the qualifications system via interactive means, to submit them to the responsible employees for approval.

The infrastructure and software information management tools are developed on the basis of the Moodle platform, which can be used by qualified vocational training specialists to arrange and coordinate professional development and training programmes. The tools put in place allow users with different rights in the system to provide data, prepare documents in a certain format by filling in forms, export documents and the prepared methodological material into different formats, and create reports. The process of document coordination and communication between users with different rights has been implemented. Interactive graphs for monitoring indicators have been realised.

The following services were provided during the project: Design of the implementation of technical architecture and functional requirements of the solution, installation and configuration of the Moodle platform, programming and installation of specialised functionality widgets, design and programming of the user interface, programming and configuration of forms, the performance of testing, platform installation in customer’s infrastructure, support and warranty maintenance services.

Discussions with end users, demonstrations of solutions and training have been arranged.
