Vilnius airport service booking system

The electronic booking system of Vilnius Airport allows online ordering for the services of express passenger screening, VIP terminal and business club, and ordering and extending the privilege card service. The solution operating on the basis of SystemSight e-commerce covers the entire process of ordering and providing services: from booking and payment to issue of electronic service coupons and their activation at Vilnius Airport, and sales accounting.
The following functions have been implemented in the e-commerce system:

• Catalogue of services, pricing management and discount system;
• Specialised order limits for goods;
• Personalised e-mail messages to buyers;
• Management of orders;
• Order administration access for agencies and discount system;
• Payments (Paysera);
• Generation and accounting of invoices;
• Generation of service coupons with QR codes, verification of the validity of activated service coupons;
• Accounting of loyalty cards and access control;
• Customer registration and authentication, customer database;
• Customer account, review and management of completed orders, review of invoices, processing of personal data;
• Tools for the analysis of reporting and sales statistics;
• Data exports to various formats;
• Web services allowing partners to order e-services and check the validity of issued coupons in third-party information systems.

The following integrations with internal customer and external service providers’ information systems have been implemented

1. Rapid inspection information system of Vilnius Airport;
2. Business club access control system of Vilnius Airport;
3. Paysera electronic payment system;
4. Financial management and accounting information system (Navision).

The following services were provided during the project: Design of the implementation of technical architecture and functional requirements of the solution, projection and design of the information system user interface, programming of adaptive user interfaces and website, programming of the information system components and functionality, creation of individual electronic commerce management system, implementing integration with customer’s internal and external systems, the performance of testing, installation of e-commerce software in the customer’s infrastructure, search engine optimisation, preparation of educational material, training for staff of institutions. Development, maintenance and aftersales services have been provided.
